Purpose :- Support and strengthened partnerships, community based advice and educational opportunities and awareness on Environmental legislation.
Maximum $300,000 minimum $10,000
Projects supported will empower the community to take practical action to improve environmental quality. Preference will be given to applications with a good likelihood of success, reduce harm to the environment, have social/economic/cultural benefits, have longer term benefits and are partnerships with regional, district and city councils with in kind support not just funding.
Application due 14 February 2011 for releaese of funds in June 2011.
