Preliminary assessment form

WWF has a new fund called Innovation Incubation Fund.

Through the Community Conservation Innovation Project WWF are seeking to:

  • Increase the scale and effectiveness of community-led conservation action in New Zealand.
  • Improve the coordination of community conservation action across New Zealand

The IIF funds a range of activities that demonstrate innovation and which are potentially replicable in other projects. The IIF is targeted at established community groups with a proven track record of delivering conservation projects. The IIF offers donations of up to $10,000 per annum, initially for up to two years (a maximum of $20,000 over two years), although WWF can use its discretion to make larger donations. The fund is open all year. Contact WWF’s Conservation Programme Manager on mslade@wwf.org.nz or 04 815 8521.
