This Forum is an opportunity for you to:-
have fun and learn from others who undertake biodiversity related work
establish on-going partnerships for biodiversity restoration
highlight the projects of community groups in the area
visit the bush reserve near Paeroa and examine management issues of the site
be part of developing solutions to improving the ecological integrity of the bush reserve and surrounding areas

11am Fieldtrip
Fieldtrip to the Tarariki Stream and Bush Reserve (in groups of 10 with a leader)
Vans and cars to Mike O'Donnell's carpark and be ferried to the reserve in the vans.
12.30 Return to the hall for lunch
1.30pm Discussion in groups
In fieldtrip groups discuss and put together main issues and solutions from what you observed and discussed on the fieldtrip and report to the wider group. This reporting will be written up and sent to Forum attendees and members.
