Northern King Country Summer Nature Programme 2011

6th January 2011

The Northern King Country Summer Nature Programme is a celebration of the richness of natural, historic and cultural heritage within the region the organisers call home. The programme provides an opportunity for visitors and locals alike to join exciting tours, sometimes across private land, to discover the variety that makes the King Country a special place. This year helibiking makes a colourful return to the programme, along with the dawn chorus walk in Mapara, cultural history along the Tamatamaire, and a riverboat ride on the Glen Royal in Mokau.
